It offers a host of premium features including VESTAL?s own custom designed training module with two customizable SUFFER & RECOVER interval timers along with a Chronograph. The SUFFER & RECOVER training module can be used for all forms of training including running, biking, swimming, triathlons, etc. The Helm Surf & Train also features a HEAT MODE which functions as a programmable countdown timer and is designed for competitions of all kind. Finally, the watch strap is secured to your wrist with Vestal?s patent pending OKTOLOCK system. The OKTOGRIP raised pattern on the underside of the band means significantly less rubber contact against your skin providing greater breathability, more flexibility, and a lighter feel on your wrist.
