Shipping And Returns
All products listed/seen online are subject to availability. Everything seen is physically sitting in one of our five brick-and-mortar stores and have the potential to be sold both in-store and online at same time. We do our best to keep up, but it can happen. In the case your online order was sold in-store the customer may select substitute items, special order the item, or be promptly refunded.
We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $50, within the Contintental U.S.! All orders less than $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99. The free shipping is for items such as clothing, accessories, sun screen, you get the picture. Items that will not be receiving free shipping are, surfboards, etc.. the big boys that we have to take extra special care of are going to cost a little. Free shipping does not apply to some special promotions, discounted items, and international shipping. *We ship from multiple stores, thus you may receive your order in seperate packages. Do not panic if your first package does not contain everything!

Shipping lead time can range and be up to 8 months, an exact ship date will be provided once the order is placed. You can email email@example.com before order is placed for lead time as well.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an international quote via Fedex, UPS, DHL, or door to door freight if your country of delivery is not accepted at checkout. For a cheeper option you may contact a third party freight forwarder to arrange shipping. The customer will be responsible to pay the shipping costs to get your board(s) to the freight forwarder's U.S. office as well as all fees associated with using a freight forwarder.
*Keep in mind we are only able to ship to certain areas of the world due to vendor restrictions.
*We are not responsible for damages on international shipments but do make sure to pack boards with extra care!
*The customer is responsible for all duties, customs, and taxes upon delivery.
*We are only responisble for shipping to the original address on the order. If you choose to utilize a freight forwarder, any damages or returns will be your responsibility.
If your item is not working for you and you can email (email@example.com) and we can provide a return label. You will be responsible to pay shipping costs to get the item back to us but we will cover the costs of getting a replacement to you! The item must be in new condition, accompanied by receipt/invoice/order email and be within 30 days of purchase date. Before you ship your item back to us, one must contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will get you taken care of! This only applies to domestic orders, for international orders customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, both original and replacement.
We recommend "re-gifting" all unwanted items to friends, family members, or the boss that you left hanging to go surf. However, if you insist on returning your item and it is in new condition with receipt/invoice/order email and is within 30 days of purchase date than your in luck. Before you ship your item back to us, one must contact our customer service (email@example.com) The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to send items back to us as well as original shipping and we are happy to send a return label. We are not responsible for any lost items in transit. For international orders we will not provide a return label, customers will need to provide their own shipping label.
You may exchange and or return your purchased surfbooard but must adhere to these conditions. The surfboard must be exchanged/returned within 14 days of purchase date. The surfboard must be in NEW conditions, you can not take it for a test drive, you can not wax it up then change your mind, you can not put your favorite art job on it, nor can you put a traction pad on it and return/exchange it, etc.. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the board to us and are also responsible for original shipping and any damages occured or if it is lost during its' travels back to us. We ARE NOT responsible for damages or if it is lost, this is a big one so we are reminding you again. If you are exchanging your board you will also be responsible for the replacement shipping.
*A 50 dollar restock fee will be charged for all returned surfboards.
*All used surfboards are non refundable.
In the off chance your surfboard is delivered with damages please adhere to these steps. Email firstname.lastname@example.org right away describing your damages with pictures of the surfboard damage as well as the cardboard box it arrived in. Do not discard the box or the padding until everything is resolved. Do not use the surfboard before contacting us if you find any damages. After emailing us with pictures of the damage our team will review the situation and establish a solution!
